[OpenVerse] Major error on cvs

the major error is that you cant start the damn thing.
i have no ~/.OpenVerse and all trace of openverse is off,
and i downloaded the cvs and installed it to /usr/lib/OpenVerse
and check this out:

thought i said something about this before...hope this gets fixed before
it gets released....so to be short, the cvs is unworkable if it is a fresh
install...just thought someone should know....
