what about making OpenVerse have a simple mode and an advanced mode?

having the advanced mode have the stuff like the server and things that
perhaps normal non-geek non-server running chatters would care about,
similar to the way that ICQ does it (except ICQ's simple mode is more like
overkill, idling is not for beginners.. heh (away statuses are not
available in simple mode))
