Suggestions:

1) Make an openverse-announce mailing list

2) Fix the Reply-to field to only list openverse@openverse.org once

3) What do people think about having the OV client automatically check if
a new OV version is out? A useful feature or bloat? I kindof like it
since most people would just enable this feature instead of subscribing to
openverse-announce and whenever a new version comes out and they run OV,
it tells them to go get the new version.
