recently take legal action against users who have been
partaking in illegal activities within Palace Space.
Those activities include, developing illegal (or
"hacked") software.....

It goes on from here but this part is unedited and the most relevant.

GOD FORBID SOMEONE OTHER THAN THE PALACE WOULD WRITE A CLIENT! They push it off
as "illegal" when there is nothign at all illeagl about people writing 3rd
party clients which connect to proprietary servers. Using the word "hacked" to
stimulate fear in their user community is especially interesting.
