Been there, done that, got the t-shirt.

It's called Pannels. the program comes with two pannels. "Fun" and "NotFun".
You can make your own panel and all you have to do to use it is stick it in the
panels directory go to setup and select your pannel. restart is suggested when
you change pannels (all in the docs, spared no expense).

On making your own panel.... study the existing pannels ask me questions.
