Correction: I get this all the time while trying to connect.  I had to
go to Fun, turn on nameplates, and activate the default avatar to
finally get connected.

And even then it was really messed up!  For starters, even while
connected I saw the Connect button.  Also, when I turned off nameplates
later they still remained, except they detached from the avatars and
became a part of the room image.  All in all, this new version seems
pretty much broken.  Am I the only one to see these problems?
