This is a feature.

If you have MP3Tool installed, all .mp3 and .txt files will be auto downloaded.
this has been done on purpose. When you're requesting mp3s with mp3tool..
sometimes you have to wait for your file. And if your turn comes up while
you're peeing, then you miss the file and have to wait in line again.. So while
MP3Tool is installed, all .txt and .mp3 files will autodownload.

I believe it's doccuemented, I should check.
