We are about to have a new OpenVerse webmaster!!!!!

This is exciting to me. I'll give more information in a little bit some already
know who and what's coming but for those that don't It'll be better to be
surprised! :)

In anycase!!! I'm a slacker, I need the OV image we all voted on. Joshua's
entry whcih echo cleaned up a bit. Please send this to me if you have it.
