[OpenVerse] IRC <--> Openverse Link

Many of you would have and soon will notice #Utopia a bot in the main openverse
server. Its a link to the Undernet #Utopia. I developed it as a way to let
people chat to us on IRC and then eventually we can get them to run openverse.

I like how many of you have checked out the IRC side of things but i developed
it as a way to get people onto openverse not onto IRC.

It is still only being developed. there are a few more things to be done (other
than its sending its avatar to the server) like queries with ppl on irc, whois
on them, letting them get ov personal info, getting lists of who is on either.
This will be done.

Do take the time to have a look at it. But dont stay on IRC. Openverse is much
better (and yes cruise u can quote me on that)
