Well low and behold I was bored again today so I continued works on it
today..
so far it does the following
Normal Chat
Debug window
keeps a ping response (finally stays logged in)
/nick command to change nick
shows joins and parts

thats it so far I spent the better part of the work today making sure it
could stay connected  and seeing how to work in scripted responses
(!Version)

chances are this program won't mean much to us I know but its a way to get
used to 'talking' to the server for future projects
