[OpenVerse] The Workshop - Cruise does something

Here are some changes which were not checked into CVS. I checke them all in
last night.

SERVER ADMINS!!! If you were having problems with the ORT before, please try
connecting back up. I fixed some problems with connections not timing out last
night.

Wed Mar 15 10:08:14 EST 2000            Beta 0.8.1 in progress

        * CRUISE - some changes to the ORT. It was not timing out inbound
          and outbound sockets and, of course, they were being used up :)

        * KAOS - (cruise) Forgot to check in Kaos's change to the Query
          plugin which allows you to shut off all of your queries by
          clickign on your own name tag.

        * CRUISE - changes to server.cfg for more direction on setting up
          ORT connectivity.

        * CRUISE - Bugfix for the ORT - if a user has the same name as the
          ort, it ws messing up some stuff. Now, the ort will change it's
          name to "name_(REAL)"
