I do some gfx and web design..

I think that animated gif is a cool thing, but sometimes the text gets out
of sync since it's two animated gifs.

One thing I definitely think should be done is to make a bunch of avatars
that come with OpenVerse that AREN'T computer related.

Maybe have an avatar contest, or include avatars from openchat users.. I
see quite a bit of avatars that aren't computer related in the openverse
chat area now :)
