"convert the user to the default" - Does this mean OV would scale down
your avatar so that it fits, instead of just rejecting it?  This would be
pretty slick indeed:)  Ideally it would scale it down before sending out
to the server, so that people with slow connections don't get punished if
somebody else has a big avatar (or people with slow computers which would
have to do the resizing).
