[OpenVerse] Cruise returns!

I'm back from north carolina. I even did some coding last night. I've made it
so, when you  are changing rooms, it displays a screen which gives the user
some idea what is going on. This will hopefully reduce the number of people who
run the program, click connect, then leave never to be seen again.

I also stripped off carriage returnes from input lines. This is at the lowest
level of networking code so no changes need to be made to make this work with
any plugins.

As most of you know, obscura has been collecting banners for an OpenVerse logo.
We are going to choose the one this weekend. Please get any logos to obscura by
friday of this week. On saturday there will be a voting system setup and the
logo with the most votes will be the one we adopt.

Although I intend for it to be a never ending project, I want to start a
project list of things which should be in a 1.0 release. A 1.0 bug-free release
is my goal and I would like to have one possibly as early as the first of the
year. please send your ideas and i'll start a list.

You can help, you don't need to know a lot of tcl to change the help screens.
If you have the time, find portions of the program where docs are not correct
or there are no docs and add some docs, or change the docs and send me the
changes.
