Hi folks,

   I just uploaded some changes to the CVS.

  These changes allow for a new protocol member which is SCHAT

  SCHAT has the potential to do many things and stands for Special Chat.

  Currently, I've implemented a single SCHAT type (more to come i'm sure) The
  current supported type is SING. You can use this command with 

	/sing stuff stufff stuff

  When you /sing, music notes will be placed into your balloon.

  Can anyone think of anyother fun SCHATS?

  This change is only available on the CVS. I will make a full release on
   saturday or sunday.
