[OpenVerse] No more cursor focus patch
I wrote a small patch to the OpenVerse code that keeps the TextChat
window from keeping the cursor captive after highliting text to copy.
I've been testing it alot and have found no bugs, as of yet.
The patch can be found at
http://project7.linuxave.net/OV/No_CursorFocus.diff as well as a gnu
zipped version at http://project7.linuxave.net/OV/No_CursorFocus.gz
To apply the patch
$ cd /usr/lib/OpenVerse/lib
$ patch -p0 < /path/to/No_CursorFocus.diff
# at least this is all I had to do to get it to work!
For anyone on windows who would like this fix you can download a
replacement ChtFuncs.tcl at
http://project7.linuxave.net/OV/FixedChtFuncs.zip
Just unzip the archive and place the ChtFuncs.tcl in your C:\Program
Files\OpenVerse\lib folder, make sure to backup your existing
ChtFuncs.tcl file before doing this, just in case a bug is found at a
later date *crossing fingers*
