[OpenVerse] CVS Problem resolved?

  Looks like the problem with CVS not updating was my problem. It seems I
didn't have my CVSROOT envar setup correctly.

Please download and test the latest CVS image. Let me know if there are
problems.

Added are many language files and changes submitted and noted in the CHANGELOG
file.
