Deleted the CHANGELOG.  Oops.  Time to install a cvs repository...
Split project into libooenv and mage.
Merged environments and objects.  Now objects can be environments themselves.
Merged actions and events.  When will this mad merging end?
Removed events that dealt with events because they were unnecessarily redundant.

5/7/01--Andy:
Made it work again.  I'm not sure how... but it works again.
Added object naming and made repositories useful.  Yay.

5/10/01--Andy:
Added smart pointers that can deallocate events when the program is finished
processing them.
Renamed repository to heap.

5/11/01--Andy:
Renamed the project to libeast (as in oriental as in object-oriented).
