1.Windows packages provided by Eclipse
There are a couple of options for windows users. They are listed here. Please read their descritons carefully.. You do not need everything, get the package that is right for you.

All In One! This contains everything you need. It is a self-installer package and It's quite a large download! Get this if you are a first time user (you have never installed it before)

OpenVerse Self Installer This is JUST The OpenVerse software in a handy self installer package. Get this if you are upgrading OpenVerse from a previous version.

OpenVerse ZIP This is the OpenVerse software only. It is not self-installing. Download this to upgrade or install Openverse. If you are installing for the first time, you will also need the TCL/TK Package from Scriptics

2.Run the OpenVerse.tcl program and click connect! thats it, just type to chat, you will learn it's features over time.
