+ Vincent (narrating): It doesn't matter anymore.  In the end, I won our
sparring match.  I gave her an unwanted child, and she married the sum of her
ambition.  I wanted to stop her from making that choice, and she gave both
herself and her son to Hojo completely.  I tried to save the child, and
instead I gave myself to Hojo as well.  And we both died and came back,
chained to this world not only by science, but also our obsession with each
other.
+ Vincent (narrating): She gave me my cursed gifts, and they allowed me to win
our lovers' quarrel.  And she died, and I live on, endlessly.
+ Vincent (narrating): ...
+ Vincent (narrating): Perhaps Lucrecia hasn't lost, after all.
