[OpenVerse] New world map admin.

Heyas,

   I've made changes to the server code so that it can be administered remotely
via FTP. Echo has been put in charge of the world map. Hopefully this will
allow for some new/different things to be done with links that I wanted to do
but never have the time.

   Such as a link of the week kind of thing to try to draw people to other
rooms.

Anyway, give echo something to do.. send him your ideas.. bug him as much as
you bug me :)
