I agree with the adult rating... As a minor i should not see that... and once
they have changed their avatar it is to late to ignore their avatar..
Personally i have not problem with it... But i should not see it...

Animation should not be rated but an "Accept Animated Avatars" option should
exist in the Setup. This should also stop you from getting the network traffic
generated by this.

Size is controlled by the server and can be set to maximum width and height...
this is uneeded for a user as they could end up having no Avatars showed.. and
the default one as TOOBIG too...
