I don't think this is too good of an idea.  Nukes can be taken care of
(don't run Windows) no, but seriously.. there are some apps to
protect you from nukes.. Once OpenVerse matures and gets a larger
userbase, people hiding their IP information could pose a problem in
getting rid of troublemakers.
