Downloads are slow for me (Waxahachie and Midlothian phone lines
SUCK!), so please no!

Yeah. I would like to have an owner who says who can and can't draw.
Since whiteboards are a whole-room affair (the rooms are too small as
it is, and only allowing drawing on a small part would be ridiculous),
I guess this would be the controller of the room.
What progress has been made on controllers (or whatever you'll call
them... referees? magistrates?), anyway?
