[OpenVerse] New Web Cam Plugin Available.

A new web cam plugin is available from the web site.

This new plugin includes changes introduced by scho which allow for captures
witht the bttv capture board. Kudos to echo for helping this portion of the
project along!


I imagine we should start releaseing these plugins on FreshMeat. It would be
conceted if I did it.. woudl someone like to take over domination of this
plugin (echo) and make announcements to the places you make announcements to?
