'Twould be cool if I could right-click on someone's avatar to get the
context menu when I have nametags off.  The only problem I see is with
overlapping avatars, but this shouldn't be too much of a problem: Just
take whichever one is on top at the mouse location.

Overkill or laziness... All of the options on a user are available from the
names menu. it's no more effort to go to the names menu than it is to click on
a user's avatar. or for that matter, to hit alt+n for a second.
