[OpenVerse] minor request

How about making the text chat window NOT print join/part messages when a
person with ignored speech leaves or joins.  (Either that or add a new
ignore type for it?)  That way, we can ignore the ORT from the text chat
window, but it'll still be in the main window.  :)
