[OpenVerse] OpenVerse bug(s)

OpenVerse either needs A: a lock file that prevents multiple OpenVerse clients
from running simultatneously as the same user (using the same $HOME dir and
consequently the same image cache(s)) or B: file locking / atomic file creation
of the files in the image cache(s)

to experience the reason why this is needed, do the following:

delete everything in ~/.OpenVerse/rimages/ and ~/.OpenVerse/rooms/

run 2 (or more OpenVerse clients)
simply:
OpenVerse & OpenVerse & OpenVerse & etc etc will do the trick.

watch the fun. The last client run will usually end up alright, but this isnt
guaranteed (process scheduling and other scheduling variables related to network
traffic effect this) the most interesting is usually the first run client.

I have setup 2 screenshots accessible via http to see this problem.

The latter is more interesting, but doesnt demonstrate the bug effecting the
room image, please note that I am on a high speed internet connection, most of
the avatars in the first client were able ot be downloaded and displayed before
the 2nd client could even get started. I suspect on a dialup the problem is
much more evident.
