[OpenVerse] obscura lounge NEW FAST SERVER!

I've upgraded the Obscura web server to a new machine and super-fast
internet connection.  Please change the link to the lounge to point at
this address: 208.11.100.162

Same ports as before.

Let me know if there is anything else I need to do.
