IMHO, the protocol is not a thing to put in a general FAQ - for most users, the
protocol will be the last thing ythey're thinking about.
What vile is working on is a general newbie faq which gives them the basics they
need to enjoy chatting in openverse.
The protocol information would just confuse them.
