[OpenVerse] Update on windows problems.

Eclipse. The problem is on BOTH the windows update and the windows full 
versions.

The file icons/room.gif is missing.

Also, the new language Dutch is missing.

If the info helps, OpenVerse.tcl was modified this version. but the 
modification was for unix style systems.

When you create new packages would it help if I providedd a list of which 
files changed and which files were added each time a new version is created? 
RPM creattionuses some spec file where I have to list the location of every 
single file in the package, should I send that for each version?

For the time being, i've reduced the version number on the web page to 0.8-4 
for the windows versions.
