It can work that way now. if one of the two users downloads the server object.
The personal server even has an announce button. Here is a good thing for the 
TODO = Announce option to a SINGLE user.

Perhaps a way to have a checkbox of which server objects it will execute in 
the personal server - so that you could put them all in there and only 
execute the one(s) you've checked off. 

The idea was to have games where the user didn't have to download anything 
"extra" to play them. I would rather have a full monthello room than support 
setup for the games for general users who had to download it to play.

I still need to make a game room with links to these damn things.
