        * CRUISE - Linked Vile's help from the main help and
          from the pro and notfun pannels and added the entry
          to the English language file.
 
        * VILE - Added the first version of the FAQ It's the
          second link when they push the help button (fun panel)

        * CRUISE - Still having a file leak. Added code to the
          server to force closed the file descripter after a
          DCC ends (even thought he DCC code should be closing
          it).
 
        * CRUISE - Added code to the DumpMem funcntion to show
          which files are open and give a total count.
 
        * CRUISE - Some problems with the server code which worked
          around the too many open files problem. Made changes
          hopefully this fixes it.

        * UNUNUUNUNUNUNNUNUNIUM - changed the jump and shiver
          buttons in the PRO pannel to icons. Also the quit
          button. Took out the close button cause that screwed
          everything up!. (FROM CRUISE - you forgot to remove
          the balloon help for the close button :))

        * CRUISE - Oops, didn't test the maxusers thing and
          there was a missing close brace.
