Server Functions
DisconnectUser
Usage: DisconnectUser socket announce_flag
This function is used to disconnect a user from the system. A
general cleanup will be done with the variables the user was
consuming and an annoucement will be made to all connected
users if it is requested with the announce_flag parameter set on
